Where does my order ship from? Great question. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by us from Ohio.
When will my order ship?***NOTE - Due to increased order volume current ship times are 3-5 business days. **PLEASE note - the 1st business day is the business day AFTER your order is placed so if you order on Friday the 1st business day is Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please reach out to: email@example.com with any questions.
Digital products will be delivered via a download link to your email within 30 minutes of your purchase (and most will deliver immediately). In stock items currently have 3-5 business day shipping as stated above
When will my order arrive? Standard shipping times to the continental US average 3-4 days after shipping. All orders are shipped with tracking.
How will I know what is going on with my order? You will get an email with updates along the way. Can I expedite my order? Sometimes. Due to the nature of our products-particularly made to order items that is not always possible.
What are the washing instructions for screen printed items? Generally, it is best to wash inside out, in cold water, gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. DO NOT Iron directly on the design.
How do I make sure my sticker lasts? Do you have any tips for application or removal? Yes! We are always adding to this information, if you do not find what you are looking for at this link, reach out to support.
I'm not in love with my tee, how do I return? Dang it! We hate that you don't love it, but if this if your 1st tee from us we have some great news. You qualify for the 1st tee guarantee. If you are unhappy with your tee, please send an email to: email@example.com with 1st tee guarantee in the subject line. Be sure to include your name, order# and reason you are not loving it in the email and our super awesome team will get you taken care of asap!
