Where does my order ship from? All orders are fulfilled and shipped by us from Ohio.
When will my order ship?***NOTE - Due to increased order volume current ship times are 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please reach out to: firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
HOLIDAY Delivery cannot be guaranteed for best chances of a delivery before Christmas with standard shipping- please place your order no later than 12/14

When will my order arrive? Standard shipping times to the continental US average 3-4 days after shipping. All orders are shipped with tracking.
How will I know what is going on with my order? You will get an email with updates along the way.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us email@example.com ***Please search spam and all mail for your order confirmation - if you find it in spam, please mark not spam and open it so you will be sure to receive future order updates from The Funnel Cake Tree
Can I expedite my order? You can select expedited shipping at check out but this DOES NOT expedite the time it takes to ship your order - 5-7 business days.
What are the washing instructions for screen printed items? Generally, it is best to wash inside out, in cold water, gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. DO NOT Iron directly on the design and do not use liquid fabric softener for the longest life of your design.
How do I make sure my sticker lasts? Please watch our application videos for your stickers - search 'Best Practices'
NOTE -- if you do not fully clean AND dry the entire area where your sticker will go - and about 2 inches beyond your sticker WILL Peel off - please be sure to wash AND dry thoroughly where you intend to place your sticker!
Do you have any tips for application or removal? Yes! We are always adding to this information, if you do not find what you are looking for at this link, reach out to support.
I'm not in love with my tee, how do I return? Dang it! We hate that you don't love it, but if this if your 1st tee from us we have some great news. You qualify for the 1st tee guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your tee, please send an email to:
firstname.lastname@example.org with 1st tee guarantee in the subject line. Be sure to include your name, order# and reason you are not loving it in the email and our super awesome team will get you taken care of asap!
