Where does my order ship from? Great question. All orders, unless otherwise noted in the product description, are fulfilled and shipped from Ohio, Idaho, or Kentucky.
When will my order ship? Digital products will be delivered via a download link to your email within 30 minutes of your purchase (and most will deliver immediately). In stock items will ship within 2 days. Handmade custom orders often have different lead and shipping times and will this noted in product descriptions if applicable.
When will my order arrive? Standard shipping times to the continental US average 3-4 days after shipping. Any exceptions to this will be noted in the product description.
How will I know what is going on with my order? You will get an email with updates along the way. If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us email@example.com
Can I expedite my order? Sometimes. Due to the nature of our products-particularly the handmade items that is not always possible. If your purchase is eligible for expedited shipping it will display at checkout.
What are the washing instructions for screenprinted items? Your items will come with care instructions. Generally, it is best to wash in cold on gentle cycle and tumble dry on low.
